Your home is never more valuable than the day it first enters the market. Real Life Home Staging partners with sellers to ensure their home makes a powerful first impression from day one. Specializing in occupied home staging, we work with homeowners who are still living in their homes during the selling process. By thoughtfully editing, arranging, and styling the furnishings you already have, we create spaces that highlight the home’s best features and photograph beautifully for marketing.
Real Life Home Staging 2 Hour Consultation
$250 INCLUDES FULL WRITTEN REPORT
A comprehensive walk-through consultation where we evaluate each space and create a customized plan to prepare your home for the market. You’ll receive a detailed written report outlining step-by-step recommendations to help your home photograph beautifully and show with confidence.
If hands on help is needed

(Houses larger than 2500 Sq. Ft. may require an additional hour.) $75 an hour
Listing Day Styling
1/2 DAY $300 FULL DAY $600
You’ve completed the recommended preparation steps and need help perfecting the final details before photography. I return to refine furniture placement, edit accessories, and style key spaces so your home presents beautifully in marketing photos.
Best scheduled the day before or the morning of listing photography, ideally after the home has been professionally cleaned.

Refresh Consultation
$75 an hour
During this consultation, we review the space and discuss layout, organization, color guidance, and styling improvements using your existing furnishings. Recommendations may include furniture placement, decluttering strategies, art placement, and accessory styling to improve both function and visual balance.
